Kai - Office Dog

Kai’s daily responsibilities include sleeping on the job, barking at invisible threats, begging for food, and crying when things don’t go his way. Despite questionable productivity, he remains a valued member of the team.

Allison (Alli) - Service

The friendly voice answering the phone and returning calls, Alli keeps everything organized and ensures clients get timely, accurate, and proactive support. Outside of the office Alli is an avid skier and volunteers as a youth soccer coach.

Jesse - Sales

Focused on helping clients find the right coverage at the best value, Jesse takes a straightforward, no-pressure approach to the process. He works quickly, communicates clearly, and makes sure clients understand exactly what they’re getting. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of 5.

Ryan - Owner

Ryan founded FCIS in his hometown of Oregon City with a focus on raising the standard—faster service, clearer communication, and better outcomes for clients. He stays involved in every part of the business and cares deeply about making sure things are done right. Outside the office, he enjoys time on the golf course and serves in a leadership role supporting local charitable efforts.
